PSD file is basically a png, it exists of one layer. I don't have photoshop (I use procreate/csp) so it makes it a lot harder to get the desired effect with the glow since I cannot put the art behind the frame/details. Edit: after my review, the seller contacted me and apologised and was going to look into the files. They added black shapes to clip the art to, and while I appreciate the effort, is something I was already doing myself. They didn't take the time to cut out objects out of the shapes. Besides that, this is AI, which is not stated in the listing (which it should).
